Shaved Fennel Salad

Ingredients
1 fennel bulb, shaved with mandolin2 tbsp Olive oil1 tbsp Lemon juice1/4 tsp chopped fresh thyme ( I usually put in 1/2 tsp but I really like thyme).1 tbsp chopped fresh flat leaf parsley2 tbsp shaved parmigiano reggianosalt to taste (add after the cheese as it's already salty)
Directions
Shave the fennel bulb, prepare all other ingredients, and mix together. Very easy!
