Directions
1 yellow or white cake mix prepared per directions on box (I substitute applesauce for oil and egg beaters for eggs)1 can crushed pineapple1 can mandarin oranges1 tub fat-free Cool Whip
Mix cake mix, applesauce and egg substitute per directions on mix. Pour into 9 X 13 cake pan. Drain mandarin orange and place slices on top of cake batter. Bake per instructions on box. Mix crushed pineapple and Cool Whip together and spread on cooled cake.

this cake is awesome...my whole family loved it...it's so incredibly yummy...I'll definitely make it again...
update~~I made it again...except this time I used an orange cake mix & put fresh strawberries in it instead of the mandarin orange slices...just as good...great variety...
