chocolate pudding

Ingredients
2/3 C. sugar or splenda ( as I did)1/3 C. socoa3 T cornstarch or 9 tsp1/4 tsp. salt2 1/4 C. skim milk1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
makes 6 servings -
blend 2/3 c splenda ( or use half sugar, 1/3 cocoa, 3 t. cornstarch & 1/4 tsp salt (all the dry ingredients) in a saucepan. Gradually add the 2.25 c. of milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil. Boil one minute. Add tsp of vanilla -put in bowls and let cool completely or even eat warm with graham crackers.
