*Canola Oil, 1.5 tbsp (remove)*Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove)Onions, raw, 0.7 cup, chopped (remove)Ginger Root, 1 tsp (remove)Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 6 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)Mexican Cheese, queso anejo, 1 cup, crumbled (remove)Salt, 0.75 tsp (remove)Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp (remove)Paprika, 1 tsp (remove)Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup (remove)
Heat oil and add cumin seeds. Next add chopped onions and ginger-garlic paste. Saute onions until brown. Add chopped tomatoes and frozen peas and cook until dry. Add garam masala, paprika, salt and sugar. Stir in crumbled paneer and turn off heat. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with roti
