    Sorry for the vague directions, I'll fix that soon.
    When I cook it, I only zap it in the microwave until it's heated through.
    I find this gets rid of the kinda yucky taste that raw canned tomatoes have, and increases and disperses the heat of the peppers. It's still good without heating though :)
