Vegetarian Chik'n Pot Pie

Ingredients
1 bag morning star chik'n strips1 cup vegetarian broth or chicken broth1 16 oz. bag frozen mixed vegetables2 med. red potatoes3 TBS. cornstarch4 frozen pie crustsSeasoning to taste
Directions
Makes about 10 large size servings. Boil the potatoes cut into bite size pieces in water until soft. Spray large cooking pan with pam. Add Frozen vegies, boiled potatoes, vegie broth, and chicken strips. Mix 3 tbsp. of corn starch with 1/2 cup of water to thicken broth. Add to pan. Season to taste. Good with mexican spices. Pour into pie crusts and Bake until done.
