Flat Bread Pizza

Ingredients
1/2 recipe Whole Wheat Bread Dough4oz Spaghetti Sauce (we use prego)1/4 lb Italian Sausage (cooked)1/2c. roasted red pepper1/2c. sliced black olives1c. sliced mushrooms1/2c. mozzarella cheeseParmesan cheese, optional (recipe calculation uses 2T.)
Directions
Makes 4 servings.
Allow bread dough to rise. Punch down and roll to very thin. (We usually make 2 smaller pizzas). Brush with olive oil, grill on one side for 4 min or until browned.

Remove to baking sheet. Top (on the already baked side) with sauce, toppings and mozzarella cheese.

Return to grill for 4-6 min or until bottom is browned and cheese is melted.

Slice and serve. Makes 4 servings.
