Ingredients

    Thomas' English Muffin, Light Multigrain
    *Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 0.25 cup
    Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese, 0.25 cup
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Hormel Pillow Pak Sliced Turkey Pepperoni, 4 slices
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 1 tbsp

Directions

1. Set the oven to broil

2. Place english muffin, face side up on a cookie sheet.

3. Layer spaghetti sauce, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, turkey pepperoni, and oregano on top of each half.

4. Broil in the oven until cheese on top is bubbly.

Makes 1 serving (two mini pizzas).

    Incredible!
    I loved this..I had to do some changes to what I had on hand..crushed tomatoes instead of marinara..I broiled for 10min, but probably was just right at 8 min..lol - 9/13/12
