Ingredients

    Cream Cheese, 8 oz
    Jarred Pizza Sauce .5 cup
    15 Pepperoni
    Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), .5 cup, diced
    Mushrooms, fresh, .25 cup, pieces or slices
    Green Peppers, .25 cup, chopped
    Red Onion Raw, 0.25 cup
    Shredded Mozerella .75 cup
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1/4 cup
    Cheddar Cheese, .25 cup, shredded
    Eggs, 2 large

Tips

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cream cheese, eggs, pepper, garlic powder and parmesan cheese and spread into greased 9X13 dish. Bake until golden brown (about 12-15 minutes). Cool 10 minutes. Spread sauce on crust. Top with cheese/toppings (adding ingredients to your liking). Bake 8-10 minutes, until cheese is melted.

Serving Size: With veggies: Makes 8 pieces, we shared the whole thing (2 servings). Only 13 net carbs!

    This was very good. It appears that some ingredients were left off the list, like eggs, but I used two eggs and it turned out great. Thanks for sharing! - 8/1/13

    Sorry about that! First recipe upload and of course I'd forget something! LOL It is yummy... my husband who doesn't even like pizza liked it! Glad you enjoyed!

    Very Good
    I've made this pizza several times and it's great. However, you say to mix in pepper and garlic powder but you don't say how much. - 1/1/18
