Submitted by SHAUNH20So easy! Preheat your oven to 350. Mix the pumpkin and egg whites first, till they are fully blended. Then, add spices, syrup, milk, and chips. Spoon mixture into 10 cupcake papers in a cupcake pan. If you LIKE, take 1/2 flakes of your favorite organic cereal and crumble on top. Bake for 40 min! Let them cool for 20 min in the fridge and ENJOY!

This could be topped with fresh berries or even sugar free chocotale syrup for added decadence! If you do not like Splenda adding 3/4 of a cup of sugar will bring the calorie content only to 148.2 per slice!
