Ingredients
-
Dough:
1 cup water
1/2 tsp. salt
3 cups flour
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. bread machine yeast
Sauce:
1 cup canned tomato sauce
1 tsp. dried oregano

Toppings:
120 grams Part Skim Mozzerella Cheese
8 med. slices Bacon
1 med. Red pepper
60 grams (20) Green Olives (chopped)
Or toppings of your choice. Nutrition guide is for the above ingredients.
Directions
Place dough ingredients into a bread machine in the order they are given. (Very Important). Set to dough cycle. It should run for 90 minutes.
While the dough is mixing, make the sauce with the tomato sauce and spices. It needs to sit for 1 hr.
When dough has finished, remove from bread machine and divide into 4 equal peices. Flour a rolling board or counter and roll each piece into a personal size pizza. As thick or thin as you like. Transfer the pizza's to a baking sheet that has been sprinkled with cornmeal (not the flour).
Top with sauce, cheese and other toppings. If you like, you can spray the edges of the pizza with a cooking spray to make them golden!
Bake in 450 oven for 10-14 minutes depending on your oven. If you have convection, it's even better.
Makes 4 personal pizzas. One per serving.
