spicy jalapeno coleslaw

Ingredients
8 cups of cabbage2 cups of carrots1 cup chopped onions1 cup safflower mayo2 cups light silk1 package of hidden valley ranch mixdill seedcumincrushed red peppersalt peppermrs dash seasoninggarlic powder
Directions
I mixed the dressing and spices altogether in one bowl and the added to carrots, cabbage and onion. Let sit in fridge for an hour or two to let spices mix in. Probably would be good on a sandwich too with something else a burger for nonveggies or a veggie chic patty san. calories could range from about 110 for 12 1 cups to 160 for 8 1 cup servings
