Tuna Navy Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 12oz can of white albacore tuna1 can Navy Beans, rinsed and drained1/4 c tomato, diced1/4 c mango, diced1/4 c cucumber, diced w/ peel2 Tbsp onion, diced2 Tbsp green bell pepper, diced2 Tbsp lemon juice1 tsp dried cilantro1 tsp dried mint leaves
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Makes 4 servings.

~ If you are going to refrigerate and save this for later, I remove seeds from tomato and cucumber to make it less mushy later on.~
