Ingredients
# *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz # La Tortilla Factory, Whole Wheat Low Carb Tortilla, 1 serving # Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped # *365 Organic Diced Tomatoes, 0.5 cup # Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped # Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 1 tsp # Pepper, black, 1 tbsp # *Cheese, Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese, 2 cup # *Campbell’s Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 1 cup
Directions
Brown ground turkey add bell pepper and onion. Stir in the cream of chicken soup and the diced tomatoes, let simmer until heated through. set aside
In a casserole dish lay out your tortilla's one by one, until you have covered the bottom. Pour 1/2 of your meat mixture over the tortilla's. Next layer it with the shredded cheese and repeat cycle until all mixture is gone. Now put the casserole in the oven at 350 degrees for about 15 mins. or until the cheese melts. Once the cheese has melted the casserole is done.
Severing size depends on the size of the casserole dish.
