1 tbsp Oregano, ground 1 tbsp Basil 15 large Black Olives, canned (small-extra large) 0.33 cup (not packed) Raisins, golden seedless 1 cup Canned Tomatoes 2 tbsp Pine Nuts 2 anchovy Anchovy (anchovies) 1 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil 50 Green Olives
- plump raisins in a cup of boiling water
- in a saucepan, heat olive oil until glossy
- add minced garlic and cook until just golden brown
- add tomatoes, olives, raisins, basil, and oregano and heat on medium
- toast pine nuts
- toss sauce with pasta and top with pine nuts
- if keeping this vegetarian isn't a priority, add anchovies when you start cooking the garlic and sprinkle parmesan cheese on at the end
