- 1/4 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs - Plain Style
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp ground oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 3 servings Perdue Perfect Portion Boneless Chicken Breast
- 1 1/3 cup water
- 1 tbsp light margarine
- Stove Top Stuffing - Whole Wheat Chicken
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) Campbell's Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free)
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- Preheat skillet to medium/low.
- In zip-lock baggy combine ingredients for breaded chicken (not including chicken) and mix well. I seperated out a serving for each chicken and breaded each individually to ensure they all were the same thickness but it's not necessary.
- Bread one breast, covering well so that no part of the chicken is visible. Place in skillet.
- Cook chicken 20 minutes, flipping ever 3 to 5 minutes to keep bread crust from burning.
- In 2 quart saucepan bring 1 1/3 cups water to boil. Add butter and bring back to boil.
- Add stuffing mixture to boiling water and mix quickly. Cover and remove from heat.
- In small saucepan add 1 cup milk and soup. Heat on medium/low. Do not allow to boil, just heat until hot.
- Cut chicken in thickest section to ensure done.
