Tater Tot Casserole, Chicken

Ingredients
1lb Ground Chicken1lb Monterrey/ Colby Jack cheese, shredded1-10.5 oz can Cream of Chicken Reduced Sodium and Fat1/2 bag of Tater tots or to fill 9 x 13 baking dish
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees. Cook Chicken in skillet and drain. Simmer Cream of * with Chicken for 15 min. Place Chicken mixture in bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish, spreading evenly. Arrange single layer of tater tots on top of Chicken mixture and bake for 30 min @ 450 degrees or until tater tots are done. Add cheese, at end of baking time, to top of tater tots and continue to bake until cheese is melted.

    Did you get this from the Duggers reality show? It is a good recipe but I would use fat free soup, and lo fat cheese - 7/9/10

    No, this came from a family recipe. We use a healthy select soup, that is low sodium and fat free. Sometimes we use cream of mushroom too. We do the same with the cheese, but I couldn't find the ingredients listed in the recipe guide.
