healthiest strawberry breakfast muffins

Ingredients
1.25 cups all purpose flour.50 cup whole wheat flour.50 cup splenda.75 tsp salt2.5 tsp baking powder3 Tbsp canola oil1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce3/4 cup skim milk2 egg whites3/4 cup sliced strawberries
Directions
preheat oven to 400 degrees
mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another. leave strawberries seperate. when oven has reached temperature, blend the two bowls together until just barely mixed through. add strawberries. Fill 10 greased muffin cups 2/3 of the way full and bake for 17 minutes. Do not overmix or let sit before baking or the muffins will become tough.
