Cashew Nut Milk

Ingredients
2 cups of raw cashews6 cups filtered water4 Tbsp. of honey1 tsp of salt to taste
Directions
Soak raw cashews in water 6 to 8 hours. Combine cashews with 6 cups of water, honey and salt and blend in a blender until smooth. Strain through a nut bag or cheese cloth and refrigerate.
This can be used as a substitute for half and half or milk in coffee, by itself as a beverage or as a milk substitue in recipes.
