Cream of Mushroom Rice Casserole

Ingredients
-2 cup of Minute rice(white)-2 can of cream of mushroom-2 cup of carrot slice-1 cup of corn kernel(frozen)-2 broccoli stalk
Directions
-Cook the minute rice as indicated
- Cook your vegetable(your vegetable can be different, but these are those I prefer in this dish)
- Mix all the vegetable together
-Put the vegetable in the bottom of a casserole dish. Spread so it's even all the way
-Spread the rice evenly over the vegetable
-Spread the cream of mushroom over
-Cook for 10 minutes, or until the cream of mushroom start being brownish
Gives 8 portions.
