Ingredients
Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup Salt, 1/2 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp Matcha Tea Powder, 2 tsp Granulated Sugar, 1/2 cup Egg, fresh, 1 large Milk, nonfat, 1 cup Margarine, 1/3 cup
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together and put a heaping spoonful of the batter in 12 muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
