    4.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
    2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    3.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    4.0 tbsp Soy Sauce
    2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2.0 serving Chinese - vegetables - Broccoli,Kale,BoK-choy - 1 cup
    2.0 tbsp coconut flour

Directions

Heat oil on medium. Mix all ingredients, making sure they're well shredded. Fry as quarter cup patties. Let cool so that the cheese solidifies and serve. Serving Size: 6 quarter cup patties
