Mom's Four Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 can wax beans1 can green beans1 can garbanzo beans (chic peas)1 can kidney beans1/2 cup chopped sweet onion3/4 cup sugar1/2 cup apple cider vinegar1/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions
Empty the cans of beans into a strainer and run under cold water until the beans have been rinsed thoroughly. Place the beans in a large bowl.

In a small bowl mix the sugar, apple cider vinegar and oil together thoroughly.

Add the chopped onion to the beans. Then pour the vinegar mix over the beans and mix them around to ensure that all beans have been covered.

Sit in the fridge over night for the best results. Usually the longer the beans sit the better they taste!!!

Makes about 7 - 1 cup servings.
