Tamz Greek Tomato Salad

Ingredients
4 Med. tomatos1 lg. Cucumber (with peel)4 lg. slices Red Onions (to taste)1/8 cup Olive Oil3/4 cup Distilled White Vinegar1/2 Tbs. Jamaica Me Crazy no-salt season1/4 cup Athenos Reduced Fat Feta Cheese2 oz Kalamata, Green Olives, pitted1/4 cup fresh chopped Basil1 tbs minced Garlic
Directions
Slice all vegetables to preferred bite-size. Toss with oil, vinegar and preferred seasoning. Place in refrigerator to marinate, 1+ hours.

Makes about 6, 1 cup servings.

    Be aware that the calorie count is off. The recipe lists 1/4 cup olive oil which equals 4 tablespoons, or 1 tablespoon per serving. The nutritional info is for 1 tablespoon which equals a 1/4 tablespoon per serving. Otherwise it sounds like an excellent dish! - 7/23/10
