*Chicken Breast, Schwan Boneless and Skinless, 8 oz Razorbacks Hog Salsa (Amigo's Salsa), 1 cup *Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup Healthy Request, 1.5 cup Chili powder, 1 tbsp Garlic powder, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp Sour Cream, reduced fat, 4 tbsp *Rice, Kraft Minute Whole Grain Brown Rice, 2 cups
Otherwise--place skinless boneless chicken breasts in slow cooker, add the other ingredients except sour cream and rice, and cook until chicken is tender--about 2 hours on high, or 6 hours on low. Divide into 4 parts, and serve over 1/2 cup minute brown rice with 1 tbsp of low fat sour cream. Makes 4 servings.
