Bisquick Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients
1 cup Bisquick1/2 cup milk 1 egg3/4 - 1 bag frozen or canned vegetables1 cup diced chicken breast meat1 can cream of chicken soup
Directions
Combine vegetables, chicken meat, and can of cream of chicken soup in a non-greased cassorole dish.

In separate container, mix 1 c. bisquick, 1/2 cup milk and 1 egg. Pour over top of vegetable/chicken mix.

Cook at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until top is golden brown.

    The Pot pie was tasty. However, I have issues with the way it was written up. The ingredients list did not say that non fat milk was used or that Heart Smart Bisquick was used. What concerned me the most was that ingredients list did NOT say to use COOKED CHICKEN. - 1/4/14
