2 cups of sliced fresh mangos1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt1 cup of 1% Lowfat Milk2 tsp. of Splenda No Calorie Sweetener1 cup of ice (optional)
Directions
Place all ingredients into a blender
Blend until all ingredients are well blended
*Crush Ice if added*
