Hamburger With Organic Ground Beef

32oz Organic Ground Beef1 Cup Cereal, Ezekiel 4:9 Almond2 tsp Seasonings, Grill Shakers Roasted Garlic1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1. Place Organic Ground Beef in large bowl.
2. Mix with the Almond Ezekiel Cereal, Grill Shakers Roasted Garlic Seasoning, and Red Pepper Flakes.
3. Let mixture sit for about 10 minutes before forming into Six 6oz burgers.
4. Place the burgers in a large frying pan. Cook over medium high heat for about 4 to 5 minutes (depending on the thickness of the burger & how you like to eat them) on one side & then flip and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes on the other side.
Makes Six - 6oz burgers
Adjust the heat according to taste or leave out completely. Add other seasonings as well according to taste. Do not overcook the burgers.
