Venison Stir Fry

Venison steak chopped - I used approximately 16 oz. of meat for four servings.1 cup beef broth3 Tbsp Olive oil1 Med. Green pepper sliced1 Med. Red pepper sliced1 small Onion chopped or slicedSoy Sauce to taste approx. 3 tbsp.1 capful - Mrs. Dash Garlic Herb seasoningSalt and Pepper to taste
Soak the meat pieces in 1/2 c. beef broth for 2 hours. In a skillet heat oil and add meat. cook 2-3 minutes. Add peppers, onion, soy sauce, seasonings, and beef broth. Cook until thoroughly cooked serve over rice or on taco shells.
