Chicken and Veggie Stirfry

Ingredients
1pd chicken breast16 baby carrots2C frozen broccoli1/2 medium onion1 clove garlicFor marinade:1T cornstarch2T soy sauce1T cooking sherrya few drops stevia sweetner or any type sweetner
Directions
cut up 1pd chix breast. Combine ingredients for marinade. Have chicken marinate at least 3min.

put veggies in pan w/ chicken broth till they get tender then drain remaining liquid.

heat pan w/ 2 - 3 T oil, put chicken in oil, cook till done, add to veggies.

    Yum! very tasty and easy - and QUICK :-) Like the fact that noodles or rice are not automatically included - don't always want them so can add a quantity of either when I want without doing the calculations to subtract them. Did add toasted cashews which upped the calories a bit but were delicious - 8/6/10
