Chai Latte Mix

Ingredients
1 c. Nonfat dry milk powder1 c. Powdered Fat free Non-dairy Creamer1 c. French Vanilla powdered Sugar Free non-dairy Creamer2 c. Splenda 1 1/2 c. Unsweetened instant tea2 tsp. Ground Ginger2 tsp. Cinnamon1 tsp. Ground Cloves1 tsp. Ground CardamomOptional:1 tsp. Nutmeg1 tsp. Allspice1/4 tsp. White Pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl working with ~ half of the mixture at a time, process in a food processor until fine and smooth. Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. To Use: Stir 2-3 heaping Tbsp. into 1 c. hot water.

Makes approximately 40 servings dependent on how strong you like your tea.

    This is awesome! I have a coworker who made this and has it sitting in her desk cabinet. I have "borrowed" some of her mix when she was off and now I must make some of my own because I can't keep "borrowing" hers or she may find out! - 3/11/13
