Thrive Toasted Apple Cinnamon Cereal

1/2 apple, diced1 cup oats1/2 cup diced almonds1/2 cup ground flaxseed1/2 cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup unhulled sesame seeds1/2 cup sunflower seeds1 1/2 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmeg1/4 tsp ground stevia leaf1/4 tsp sea salt1/4 cup hemp oil1/4 cup molasses2 tbsp apple juice
Preheat oven to 250
Combine apple, oats, ground flaxseed, hemp flour, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg, stevia, and sea salt. Blend together Hemp oil, molasses, and apple juice. Combine liquid and dry ingredients, mixing well.
Spread on a baking tray lightly oiled coconut oil. Bake for 1 hour. Let cool, then break into pieces.
Makes 12 servings. A serving is 1/2 cup.
