Deb's Turkey Meat Balls

Ingredients
16 oz: Ground Turkey, extra lean½ C: Italian Bread Crumbs2 tbsp: Parmesan and Romano Grated Cheese1 large: Egg White1 tbsp: Fresh Minced Garlic2 tbsp: Italian Seasoning1/4 C: Tomato Sauce, no salt added2 tbsp: Dehydrated Onion Flakes1 tbsp: Red Pepper Flakes Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 385. Mix all ingredients together and roll into 18 meatballs. Bake meatballs on a non-stick cookie sheet for approximately 20 minutes. Transfer meatballs to pan with Italian sauce and simmer for another 15-20 minutes. Serve over whole grain pasta.
