Cheese Tortellini Salad

Ingredients
1 pound cheese tortellini, cooked and cool2 pounds tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced12 oz. marinated artichoke hears, drained1/2 c. oil cured olives, pited and diced3 Tbsp. capers, drainedfew drops of red wine vinegar40 small basil leaves
Directions
Cook tortellini gently about 3 minutes, drain, rinse with cold water.
Combine tortellini with remaining ingredients, combine gently, serve at once at room temperature.
May be refrigerated and served later, but taste is best when first made
