Cucumber and Tomato Salad

Ingredients
Cucumber (with peel), 1 cup slices *Tomato (Roma- 1 tomato per serv), 3 serving **Wish-Bone Light Italian Salad Dressing, 4 tbsp
Directions
Cut up tomato and cucumber and add them to a bowl with a lid. Drizzle the dressing over the salad mix, place the lid on the top of container, and shake lightly for about four shakes.
Chill and serve.

Note: If you do not have premixed Italian dressing, you can sprinkle half a packet of Italian dressing mix and drizzle olive oil over the salad mix, instead of premixed salad dressing. You can also add your own spices to spice it up according to your taste buds.
