1.5 lbs bonless skinless chicken breast (3 breasts)2 cans Campbell's Cream of Chicken soup4 cups Minute rice4 cups tap water1 10oz bag Broccoli Florets1 Cup fat Free shredded cheese
Cut Chicken in to 1 inch pieces. Cut broccoli in to smaller piees and set aside. Cook Chicken until no long pink. Pour in to pan 2 cans cream of Chicken Soup. Add in the 4 cups of water. Mix well bring to boil. Add the 4 cups of rice and broccoli stir to combine. sprinkle 1 Cup fat free cheese over the top and cover. simmer for aprox.15 minutes. chicken breast can be left whole
