1 c Vanilla Soy Milk1/2 c unsweetened frozen strawberries1/2 c unsweetened frozen blueberries1 small banana, broken up
In a blender add 1 c of Vanilla Soy Milk, add blueberries, strawberries and a broken up banana. Blend on medium speed until desired consistancy is reached (or about 1 min). Strawberries and blueberries can be substituted for any other preferred fruit and fresh can be substituted for frozen when in season.
