Dara's Creamed Carrots

Ingredients
1 lb. bag of carrots3 tbsp. margarine2 tbsp. white flour1 tsp. corriander4 tsp. unpacked brown sugar8 oz. chicken broth1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Peel carrots, and boil until soft. Place in a blender, and add remaining ingredients. Use as a side dish, dip or garnish. 4-6 servings.
