2 tablespoons of shredded chicken from this recipe:https://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=1165253&ff=11 low carb low fat wheat tortilla shell2 tbsp Daisy sour cream2 tbsp medium salsa1 slice cheese or 1/4 cup shredded cheese
Directions
Spray skillet with cooking spray (Pam original used in this recipe). Place cheese and chicken into the quesadilla, fold and fry until golden on both sides. Serve with sour cream and salsa.

Healthier cheese and sour cream substitutions can be made depending on what is on hand.
