1 cup cannellini or pinto beans (soaked and softened overnight)1 can of chopped tomatoes1 chopped onion1/2 tsp crushed garlic1 1.2 tsp mustard powder1 Tbsp soy sauce
Soften chopped onion in pan
Add all other ingredients and cook gently until beans are softened and sauce is thickened
Serve on toast, with a fried egg
