Ingredients
20 oz. ground turkey1/2 c. grated parmesansalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix ingredients thoroughly (I use my very clean hands), form into 6 patties and grill. YUM!

Can easily be personalized using different spices -- cumin, oregano, chili powder, etc. Great on whole wheat buns (not included in nutritional info).
