Husband's Summer Rice Dish

4 cups uncooked rice1 lb ground bison1 cup balsamic vinagrette
Place four cups rice and four cups water in rice cooker. While rice is cooking, brown ground bison and drain. When rice is finished, add bison to the rice dish and 1 cup vinargette. Stir to mix well. Put in refrigerator to cool or eat warm.
Makes 10 1 cup servings.
