Tilapia lemon juice

Ingredients
4 oz of fresh Tilapia fish1 small onions1/2 of fresh ripe tomato2 tbsps of Extra virgin olive oil1/2 tsp of salt or alternative1/2 oz of lemon juice
Directions
Add all ingredients in a small sauce pan and cook at low to medium high, do not let the juice dry out.
Serve with brown rice or eat alone with steam broccoli.
