Egg casserole

2 pounds Breakfast sausage14 slices of Bread, broken up and toasted12 Eggs, beaten4 cups 2% Milk4 tsp Yellow or Honey mustard2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
Brown the sausage, drain and set aside.
To toast bread, break into pieces on a cookie sheet and place in oven on 300 until slightly crispy, set aside.
Beat together, eggs, milk, and mustard.
In a 9x13 pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, place the bread crumbs then the cheese, and pour egg mixture evenly over cheese. Top with sausage.
Cover and refrigerate over night.
Bake on 350 for one hour or until eggs are set.
If top is browning too quickly, tent with foil.
Cut into 12 equal pieces.
