Chicken Crack Slaw

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Sesame Oil1/2 medium onion, sliced thin2 tsp minced garlic1 can chicken, 5 oz (can definitely use more if you want)2 cups cole slaw mix1 Tbsp Soy Sauce (to taste)1 Tbsp Teriyaki Sauce (to taste)
Directions
Heat oil over medium high heat. Add garlic and onions and cook for about 2 minutes ( I usually cook longer, I like soft onions). Add chicken, stir. Add cole slaw mix and cook until tender (3-5 minutes). Add soy and teriyaki and cook for a bit longer to let flavors combine.

Makes 2 servings.
