Ingredients
1 Light Italian Herb Flat Out~Flat bread2 TBS Tomato & Basil Spaghetti Sauce3 Mushrooms, sliced thin2 TBS Onion, sliced thin6 Green Peppers (bell peppers) strips (thinly sliced strips)2 tsp Grated Parmesan Cheese2 oz Thinly sliced maple ham2 slices Sargento Reduced Fat Provolone
Directions
Preheat gas grill while you prep your pizza.

Slice, dice, or cut up your toppings however you like them. Thinner works best.

Spread 2 TBS of your favorite tomato sauce on the flat bread as you would a pizza crust. Top with all the veggies and ham. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Place flat bread on a pizza pan or stone. Bake in your preheated grill. Mine took about 15 minutes to really start to get crunchy. It all depends on how how your grill gets. Mine said it was at about 400 degrees.

While the pizza is baking, slice 2 slices of reduced fat provolone cheese into thin strips.

When the pizza is just about as crisp as you like spread the provolone on top and close the grill. Bake until the cheese is melted. You can turn off your grill here and let the residual heat melt the cheese.

This made a nice big serving for one.

If you served it with a salad you could easily serve 2 people.
