Ma's Crock Pot Lasagna

2 1/2 c. speghetti sauce (I used Classico Organic Herb & Spice)6 whole wheat lasagna noodles, uncooked1 c ricotta cheese lite1 1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese1 small can sliced mushrooms1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp crushed basil
Mix ricotta cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, salt, nutmeg and basil together in a small bowl.
Spray crockpot with non stick cooking spray. Pour half of the speghetti sauce into the bottom. Place 3 lasagna noodles into crockpot side by side, breaking when necessary. Place all of the cheese mixture on top of the noodles than all of the mushrooms on top of cheese. Add the last three lasagna noodles (opposite direction of first layer) and pour the rest of the sauce on. I than use about 1/4 cup of water in the bottle and rinse out the last drop of sauce and pour it on top.
Cover slow cooke and cook on low for 3-5 hours.
