Grilled Marinated Flank Steak

Ingredients
3/4 cup low sodium soy sauce1/4 cup canola or grapeseed oil1/4 cup honey1/4 cup water3 shallots, chopped4 garlic cloves1 1/2 lb flank steak
Directions
In a large sealable plastic bag, combine all ingredients. Seal bag, squeezing out excess air and refrigerate 2 - 24 hours. Remove steak from marinade and transfer marinade to a small saucepan. Set aside. Grill or broil steak; turning once until medium. While steak is cooking, bring marinade to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes. To serve, slice steak across the grain. Serve with marinade. Makes 6 servings.
