Pineapple-Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)1 cup fresh raspberries1/4 cup sugar or splenda 2/3 cup water8 large ice cubes2 Tbsp wheat germ
Directions
combine all ingredients in blender. Cover & blend on low speed for 1 minute. Pour into 4 8-ounce glasses & add a straw if desired. Makes 4 8-oz servings.

Note: you can top with whipped topping & additional berries if desired (this is not included in nutrition info.)
