Good For You French Toast

Ingredients
1/4 cup fat free milk1 egg1/4 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice1/4 tsp nutmeg2 slices Loves Whole Grain Bread1/4 cup Sugar free syrup
Directions
Whisk egg and milk in medium bowl. Add the spices whisking till combined. Dip bread slices until soggy, but not falling apart. Spray a skillet lightly with oil or butter spray. Cook bread on both sides until brown. Top with butter spray (I use I Can't Believe It's Not Butter) and sugar free syrup. Enjoy!
